The Coaches Clinic, originally scheduled for April 16th, has now been moved to April 23rd. We will begin our program at 6:30 p.m. and wrap up by 8 PM. Starting at 6 p.m., we will serve pizza, fruit and drinks!
If you have not done so already, please RSVP to email@example.com.
This clinic is open to all coaches, assistant coaches and any parents who are interested in learning more about how to help their children learn important softball skills.
See you there!
Our regular registration period ended on March 29th. If you would still like to register your daughter(s) for slowpitch softball, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include your daughter's name, CURRENT grade, and school. We try to accommodate all late adds, however we cannot necessarily accommodate specific team requests or friend requests. We also cannot guarantee that your daughter's jersey (which is included in the registration fee) will have her name printed on the back. There is also a $25 late fee.
Please contact Cassie Bonstrom for further information!
Registration $35 includes pizza, desserts, and drinks.
Every Wednesday, May 15 - July 15.
This is an informal "pick up style" league with no set teams.
Join us at the field each week for dinner and a great night of softball with your friends.
Please note that our regular registration ends this Friday, March 29. Any registrations received after that date will be charged a late fee, and we cannot guarantee that their names will be printed on their jerseys.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CHILD'S "MUTUAL REQUEST" AND CONFIRM THAT SHE IS REGISTERED!
Also, please continue to spread the word about our organization! We rely heavily on YOU to recruit friends to play in our league--especially the younger girls who may not have other experience with organized sports. If you're a Kindergarten or 1st-grade parent, please share this email!

When it comes to choosing a slowpitch softball glove, it's important to consider the age and size of the player. As she grows and becomes more skilled, she will need a larger glove to match her skills and expectations.
In slowpitch girls and women's softball (as well as adult co-ed) we use an 11” ball, while in fastpitch and men's leagues they will use 12".
You will find the size marked on the thumb or last finger the glove. Also, you will find that various brands (Mizuno, Easton, Louisville, Wilson) size their gloves differently.
For K-3, a glove between 9-11" is recommended. For the youngest players, some gloves are so small that a ball can barely fit inside. However, the player's hand and strength might not be enough to handle a glove that is much bigger. We use Incrediballs at the K-1 level so injury is avoided, but at grades 2-3, a proper fitting glove is important.
For grades 4-6: 10-11". Again, this can depend on the size and strength of the player.
For grades 7th through adult: 11.5-12.5"
Most girls are ready to move to a bigger glove in 7th grade, usually the last one that they might need.
Finally, whatever glove you pick, please take a Sharpie and write your contact info. Many, many gloves are left behind every year.
